Delivery Information
Pick up Items,
We offer a cash and carry option. Simply purchase online and click the pick-up option. In those cases, you must contact info@mylestoneinteriors.ie to get an expected date and time for pickup.
Shipping is charged on the total of single or multiple purchases weight & size. For multiple orders in one transaction, please email or ring for a quote on shipping, as savings can be made on the shipping of large orders.
The total delivery charge will be notified to you before the checkout stage, prior to your completion of the purchase. Where contact for shipping details is highlighted, we simply require your address and postcode to finalize the shipping cost. All inquiries will be answered within 12 hours of contact. (International orders) Please email or phone 353646626331 to check first the cost and availability of shipping a particular item, as we don’t ship all our items internationally.
Delivery:
When items are in stock, we send the item out on the next available delivery. If it is a small item, we send it with a courier, normally the next day,
Out of stock items & special order items<
Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Email or call for priority shipping; a surcharge may apply.
Products are subject to availability, and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.
If your order is not available, we will contact you to give an estimated date of availability.
You must ensure that you give a mobile number and an all-day contact number for our delivery company/agents. We will let you know the delivery date and approximate delivery time in advance.
If there is no one to accept the goods on the delivery day & you are uncontactable by the shipping agent/delivery person, you will be charged for reshipping the goods.
Goods are delivered to the door. The driver is not responsible for furniture moving or placement within the home. The driver is not responsible for assembly. We do not accept any responsibility for damages incurred during placement or assembly.
Point of delivery
Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. For any damage, to ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened. Do this before signing for packages. All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery
If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt, do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.
Damaged goods
If an item is broken, you must contact our returns department. at info@mylestoneinteriors.ie within 24hrs of delivery. A pick-up procedure will be put in place. After 24 hours of delivery, no returns will be processed.
Please be aware that return shipments must be secure and (WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NO TAGS REMOVED). All parts present & in tack, A failure to do so will result in non-exchange
If, upon inspection and we accept the responsibility for the flawed/damaged product and it is not due to customer damage <We will replace or repair the item and will endeavor to do so within 28 days of the return date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing the delivery note or accepting the goods. Please check that:
All items are correct and match your order.
The delivered item(s) are in good condition and free from visible defects or damage.
If there are any issues with the product (e.g., visible damage, defects, missing parts), please inform the delivery team immediately and note it on the delivery form. You should also contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue.
Claims of damage or low quality made after the date of delivery will not be accepted, except where a manufacturing fault becomes apparent later, in line with your statutory consumer rights.
